GMAIL

  1. STEP 01Open the first Steel Collar email in Gmail.
  2. STEP 02Tap the three-dot menu in the upper right.
  3. STEP 03Select "Filter messages like these," then "Create filter."
  4. STEP 04Check "Never send it to Spam" and "Always mark it as important," then click Create filter.
  5. STEP 05Optional: drag the email from Promotions to your Primary tab.

OUTLOOK

  1. STEP 01Open the first Steel Collar email in Outlook.
  2. STEP 02Right-click the message in the inbox list.
  3. STEP 03Choose "Junk" → "Never block sender" and "Never block sender's domain."
  4. STEP 04Open Settings → "Mail" → "Junk email" and add the sending domain to "Safe senders and domains."

APPLE MAIL

  1. STEP 01Open the first Steel Collar email in Mail.
  2. STEP 02Tap the sender's name at the top of the message.
  3. STEP 03Choose "Add to Contacts" or "Add to VIPs."
  4. STEP 04On iPhone/iPad, future Steel Collar messages will land in the main inbox.

YAHOO MAIL

  1. STEP 01Open the first Steel Collar email in Yahoo Mail.
  2. STEP 02Hover over the sender's name and click "Add to contacts."
  3. STEP 03Save the contact.
  4. STEP 04Optional: open Settings → "More Settings" → "Filters" → "Add new filter" and create a rule to deliver Steel Collar to the Inbox.
